I thought this forum was not going to attract him. He cuts and pastes long sections of either a book, or something he uses for teaching.  It is so boring, and fills the "new posts" search so badly that I am just about tired of this forum already.  So, even though hardly anyone replies to me, and I know why, I have enjoyed this forum. BUt I just can't bring myself to come here and page through his drivel.  Good luck with his lies and misrepresentation.
