I must be working in reverse because now I'm ready for bed an hour earlier than I normally start feeling tired, despite sleeping in more than an hour.

In Arizona we never change time!  Just saying.

Yeah, but doesn't Arizona have scorpions and tarantulas? New Mexico was close enough for me. I never knew whether to shake out my shoes or throw them across the room because if a scorpion is really in your empty shoe, how logical is it to shake it out beside your bare feet?
Them and their little tails curled up in the air and their nasty exoskeletons looking all crunchy and hard and gross. BLECH!
