My nephew did some detective work finding a cousin. My cousin lives near Bonifay FL. He's involved with Grace Fellowship Christian Church (GFCC) in Bonifay. Apparently, It's associated with Mosaic School of Ministry, also in Bonifay.

From what I have seen, it looks very charismatic... Is anyone here familiar with this church or school or others like it. I tried to look for a website but all they have is Facebook pages. Since I'm not on FB, I can't get much more than a couple pictures.

I want to visit my cousin if we can once we get to Florida. I'm extremely curious as to what kind of church he's involved with. Doesn't look like something I'd get involved with but as long as they preaching the true Gospel that's okay.

Thanks for any input.

This is what I could find about Mosaic:

Thanks. If it's like the one in Florida that does my heart good.

I remember my cousin playing highschool football for a large Catholic school in California... Nationally ranked...

Anyhow, I have always been concerned for his spiritual well being.

I heard him speak at his mother's memorial and he was preaching the gospel on no uncertain terms. It sounded like he learned how to preach from Raul Ries.

He looks more like my dad than I do!

Their core beliefs are ver close to most Baptist.

Maybe it just the baptist church rebranded with a trendy name to distance themselves from any negitive sterotypes.

We believe that salvation is the gift of God by grace alone and is necessary for every person since we are all affected by sin. Salvation comes only by Jesus Christ who freely took upon the form of man, yet without sin; lived a perfect life; and became the sacrifice for man’s sin by his death. Having been raised from the dead, he ascended to his throne in heaven. When a person believes in Jesus Christ, they are freed from the guilt of sin, released from darkness into life, placed into a friendship with Christ, made a new creation, indwelt and baptized by the Holy Spirit, renewed in the image of Christ, and given the gift of eternal life.

I would differ with them on the what "Gifts" God gives today, but over all looks good.

Yes. Extremely similar to Calvary Chapel in many ways. Again, I pray this is exactly what my cousin is into.

I'd love to hookup with him and his family while we're close... God's will be done.
