I highly encourage everyone here to get a copy and read it.  It's simply outstanding.

It's the story of the conversion of a lady who was a tenured Professor at Syracuse University- a lesbian, post-modern, radical feminist who is now a pastor's wife.  It will make you uncomfortable, will make you think and will make you wonder at God's grace in salvation.

I second the recommendation, best book I've read in years. 
Bought it looking for "ammunition" and found it pointed at myself.  Highly convicting.
