Radical Protesters at Pastors' School

I think this was from 2008. Believe it or not, there is someone more radical than FBCH adherents.
Wait for the Easter Bunny at the end!
Nut magnets attract other nut magnets! It is a simple rule of physics I think.

In 1984, I remember Peter Ruckman coming to our Church in San Diego and a group of men came around who were so "separated" that they thought it was sinful to marry in this day and age. They thought Ruckman was "Liberal" because he would not agree with them!

Also, there is a gentleman that goes by the name of "Darwin Fish" who showed up a few times to Sunday morning services at Lancaster Baptist to call Paul Chappell an apostate false teacher and to preach against him!

Ugh. Now, there's a name I wish I could forget...

Where is security/police at Pastor's School?

I was there that year, and though not present for this encounter, I remember reference being made to them from the platform. The protesters were on a public sidewalk, therefore, within their rights to do this. We were asked to treat them civilly.

For everyone's reading entertainment, here is Darwin's website:

It does a better job of expressing who or what he is than BR or I could. He quotes the NKJV! 🤯

I see he's left California.

Phil Johnson used to have a while Web page about him, because he did the same thing at GCC. He started his own cult, "A True Church," and basically proclaimed everyone apostate who wasn't one of the handful of members of his cult.

I spent an hour on the phone with one of his disciples. It's an hour I wish I could get back.

I tried to make sense of his "Statement of Faith" but it is one big incoherent mess!

He used to live in the Leona Valley area which made it convenient to show up at Lancaster Baptist from time to time as well as Grace Community. Looks like he had a personal vendetta against Bouquet Canyon Baptist Church as well. They are "Small potatoes" in the grand scheme of things so it is interesting that he would give them any attention in the "False Ministries" section of his website.

Personally, I think he is just an attention whore.

When Grace Baptist moved to their location on Copper Hill he and some of his minions showed up with their picket signs.

Like I said, I spent time on the phone with one of his disciples.

His "statement of faith" does ramble doesn't it? He has many issues... many of which are addressed in special hospitals.

I had known absolutely nothing about this guy till this thread. As I came to the part where he mentions his wife, I expected him to say "false teacher" or "Jezabell" because everybody else he meets in life gets some kind of derogatory remark.
