I don't have an iPad so I guess Admin will have to answer that.

You should be able to if your picture has an Internet URL so if you upload the pic to a service like Photobucket or Flickr, you should be able to post it.

No, you can't upload a photo directly to the site, you have to put it on a host site (photobucket...ect) then link to it using it IMG code

It's easy to set up a photobucket login (make it private) then post a pic here.
