I had to run her to the emergency room last night.  She's having her gall bladder removed today.

Thank you!  She just came out of surgery a little while ago.  Doctor said it was the worst case he'd ever seen and it should have been removed years ago, but he removed the gall bladder successfully, and another doctor tried to clear a passage that was blocked but put a stent in when he couldn't locate the blockage he expected there.  With the stent in, it should clear on its own.  She goes back for outpatient work in 4 weeks to make sure the passage is clear. 

She only started complaining of pain a couple months ago.  I made a doctor's appointment for the 14th this month.  Based on the location of the pain I thought it was an ulcer.  Then all hell broke loose last night and she doubled over, which is why I took her to the emergency room.

But she's doing okay, and that's God's blessing to me and to her.

Prayers.  Been through that one.  It isnt fun.  She'll need some sweetness during recovery, so, don't be yourself.

Thanks!  I'm surprised she puts up with me even when she's feeling great. 

She's awake and doing well without any morphine.  She comes home tomorrow, God willing.
