Anyone have the lyrics?
I could write one, based on the leadership and participants I know....you may not like it though.

HaHa

I had someone message me on facebook asking me if I knew the words.

He's the Light that lighteth every soul
And makes them know there is a God up above.
But we must tell them His name has power to save;
We must tell them of Christ and His love.

Others are lost on the raging sea.
.................eternity
We have the Light for the lost to see -
Jesus - the Light of the world.

Before you posted this I asked my wife if she remembered the song from 1977. She sang it, then started talking about how the meetings were patterned after the rah-rah-rah of a tupperware meeting. Likening souls won to sales.

Missing words are ....Lost in the darkest [eternity].

I always called them the clappy ladies.

I ran a PC-type group for ladies, but while we did share testimonies, I cut out all the clapping. The Holy Spirit did /does the main work anyway.

Very astute observation.

True story. Fay Dodson was in Tupperware before starting to Phoster Club. She said that she learned the rah-rah-rah from that experience & used it at FBCH.
