Now I'll be the first to admit that I am no expert when it comes to skeet shooting, but shouldn't that rifle be aimed up just a wee bit higher than it actually is?

I'm no expert, either, but not only is he NOT pointing at skeet, the stock is too high on his shoulder, and his cheek is pressed too hard against it.  And there's no sign whatsoever of recoil. 

This was clearly staged.  And if he actually shot the thing, I bet he was in pain for a while afterward. 
 
Poor skunk will probably never get the stink off his butt.

Well, he is a beginner at it, so I wouldn't expect perfect or even good form just yet. But I hope it's for real and not just a photo op. The guy needs a hobby.
