Reminds me of a joke tech support call:
Customer: I can't get WordPerfect running on my PC.
WPTech: What do you see when you start WordPerfect?
Customer: Nothing. The screen is blank.
WPTech: Are you sure you turned on the computer.
Customer: I think so. Let me feel around for the switch. Yes, it's flipped on.
WPTech: Can you check to see if the computer is plugged in?
Customer: No.
WPTech: Why not?
Customer: It's too dark down by the wall socket.
WPTech: Can't you turn on a light?
Customer: No.
WPTech: Why not?
Customer: We're having a power outage.
WPTech: Oh, I see. Here's what you should do. Pack up the computer and take it back to wherever you bought it and try to get a refund.
Customer: It's that bad?
WPTech: Yes.
Customer: What should I tell them?
WPTech: Tell them you're too stupid to own a computer.
