My 74 year old mother has been having indigestion symptoms and an elevated heart rate for several days now.  She finally was persuaded to go to the hospital.  They admitted her for tests and observation at least overnight, and probably for a few days.  Would appreciate your prayers for her.

Thanks.

Praying for your mom and you and  family. God Bless!

The doc said mom's EKG was good, and to all perceptible tests so far her heart is good.  They're gonna do more bloodwork and other tests tomorrow.

Thanks for the prayers.

Prayers for your mom from me, also.  My mom is just slightly older than yours.  We really see their fragility as they (and we) get older, yes?

Wow, you said an absolute mouthful.

Praying for your mom.  And thankful that she agreed to testing, even though hospitalization is unpleasant.

After spending a short time in the ER a few months ago, Bean is convinced all hospitals are like hotels with great food and service. =/

AL---praying for your mom and hoping all turns out well!

Mom was released home today.  Her heart rate this morning had came down to the upper 70's, apparently responding to the meds.  They claimed her heart was okay, but several nurses I know said she should have had more tests, at least a stress test.  Anyhoo, thanks for the prayers, and if you remember, keep her in your prayers for a bit.

Thanks to all.

Still praying...glad for the better news!

Please know I'm praying for your mom .........does she live close by? give her a hug from me :)

yep, just across the field from me, so I'll hug her and thank the Lord for her closeness and presence.

Glad to hear your mom is home.
