Dear Saints of God,

May the Lord Jesus Christ richly bless each and every one of you during this holiday season. May our differences on the version issue never be cause to break our steadfast fellowship in Christ Jesus.

Mt 1:23  Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
1Tm 3:16  And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

The same blessing goes out from us.

Anishinabe

Merry Christmas we are blessed with wonderful family and friends...thank everyone for their prayers

Merry Christmas to all!

I can't wait until I greet you all with Happy Easter! LOL!!!

Please allow me to tell you in advance, Happy Easter! How does one say, Happy Easter in Greek?
I understand that in Greek that would be Καλό Πάσχα (Kaló Páscha)! My, my, my! What a revelation!

Semantic anachronism... look it up.

You finally catching up? Semantic anachronism is what you and the other wild-eyed ones are guilty of. Semantic anachronism is when a late or modern use of a word is read back into earlier literature. Semantic anachronism would be interpreting the meaning of a 17th English word by an appeal to the meaning of the twenty-first century English word.  Interpreting the meaning and use of Easter by the opinions of those congregating down at Walmarts, I mean Walgreens, and forcing that meaning into the English Scriptures, i.e. into earlier literature.

Good job. Glad you finally caught up!
