I sure didn't need no new study to tell me that. My wife talks so much she even talks in her sleep LOL!! (why do I now have a feeling I'll be sleeping on the couch tonight??)

No offense taken but there are some men that never shut their mouth...........seriously!!!My husband can out talk me..........
 
Eh...reminds me of a cartoon I saw on Facebook.  A man, on the first date says, "I just realized that I have been talking about my motorcycle all night.  And I never gave you a chance to talk about my motorcycle!"

Might it just be that our men don't find our topics of discussion interesting?  Therefore, what we say sounds like too much noise?  Hmm......

That's the reason most of my friends are men. I'm more interested in the kinds of stuff they talk about. Except football, I hate football.
 
My wife can talk and talk and talk and talk in Chinese (and Cantonese) on the phone, without a perceptible pause. 

I often wonder if the person on the other end of the phone ever gets to say anything. 

All my kids were endless chatterboxes at one or another point in their lives, and that goes for my sons, too. 
 
I talk to my mom on the phone.......I love to talk to people in person.........I'm quite my husband is the social butterfly :)
