A perfect sound for the home. We've had plenty of it as my college age son has 4 friends here for some outdoor adventures- whitewater rafting in the morning. What a fun stage in life!

Did everyone survive?
Love the laughter and good times. Going to ride my recumbent bike on a 13 mile trail with my son and a bunch of people from our church on Saturday. Everyone is looking forward to it. Gnarly!

They survived the whitewater rafting. The water was high which always makes it challenging.

We live up a holler and out in the sticks, as they say round these parts. This week we've been "camping out". Well, ALAYboy wants to sleep out back in a tent but mama talked him into setting up a makeshift canopy over our bed and that is how we've been roughing it.
But seriously, we've been experimenting with out campfire/firepit most every evening in our back yard, trying different recipes and grilling different stuff, so enjoying the stars and God's creation has been even better this summer.This reminds me of a new thread topic.
