Kent Hovind's Ex-wives Tell All!

I just plugged into the video around 35 minutes and happened to hear her say that Hyles Anderson College sends pastors out all over the country and 9 of them have been convicted of pedophilia. Considering that the school has been around since 1972 and thousands upon thousands have attended there in its 53 year history, that's a rather small percentage. Of course I'm not defending pedos, but she makes it sound like an epidemic amongst HAC grads or attenders. Now, to be sure, there are probably more that should have been caught and prosecuted, but I think it's a tad bit of an exaggeration to label HAC that way. I know I don't have to say all this, but just do a bit of research and you'll find a momentous amount of public school teachers, both men and women, being caught having relationships with their students, not to mention a large amount of other pastors and workers from mainline denominations found guilty of the same crimes.

I don't know what "thousands upon thousands" amounts to (probably an exaggeration), but I wonder how HAC's per capita rate of convicted pedophiles since 1972 compares to, say, that of the nearest state college.

If only an average of 100 people graduated per year, that would be at least 5300 graduates. My graduating class had many more than 100 in 1993. Many more simply attended, but did not graduate, and went into ministry work, so I do not think saying that at least 10,000 students from HAC, (graduates & non-graduates) through the years, would be an exaggeration.
Sorry, maybe 10,000 is not thousands upon thousands...but it ranks up close I think.

Because of Jerry Sandusky, former coach at Penn State, and his escapades with students...
I, as a 'reporting agent' who works with juveniles as a Bus Driver, a Senior Member in Civil Air Patrol, and a Pastor, have to get three clearances every 4 years through the local LEO, State Police and FBI.
But somehow, a public school teacher perv named Samuel Fisher gets fired from a school district and rehired somewhere else within PA.
Just last week, Fisher, a local school teacher who got in trouble and fired from his local school district for Voyeurism in Pine Richland School District, near me in 2015, somehow got hired at another school district across the state in Chester County at Owen J. Roberts high school.
Just two weeks ago, a 45 year old female public school substitute teacher got caught in a car (both naked) with a 17 year old student.
These are just two instances over the last couple of weeks.
Yeah, it's rampant all over...

I went back to my 1993 HAC yearbook and counted the senior class and there were 286 people. The graduates that year would also include Master's degrees, 1 year pastor refreshers, secretarial degrees, and various other degrees which no doubt would boost the graduation class to well over 350. Just thought I'd mention.

I'm not sure what you're trying to argue. It's actually pretty simple lath, assuming you can find the numbers.

1. How many people, in toto, have graduated from HAC since 1972?
2. How many of those graduates are, today, convicted pedophiles? What percentage is that?
3. How many people, in toto, have graduated from the nearest state college since 1972?
4. How many of those graduates are, today, convicted pedophiles? What percentage is that?

You seem to be minimizing the number of pedophiles graduated by HAC, but a) you don't show your work, and b) for a Christian college that is a supposed bastion of the faith, that is still 9 too many.
