“Nothing of eternal significance is ever accomplished apart from prayer". JF

God bless his memory.
I don't think anyone in his lifetime will leave a greater legacy for the Cause of Christ than Dr Falwell.

+1

He was the one to open my eyes to everything wrong with IFBx world.

My sister graduated from Liberty and loved it so much she resides in Lynchburg...her love for Bro Falwell spread through all of our family. My mom and I went to hear him speak when he was at Grace Fellowship and he was great!!I miss his influence so much he truly loved people!!

My boss tells stories every week, often ones he has told before, about how "Even when times were really bad and they were slow to pay us Jerry was so good to me and our business. He would often bring other ministry leaders over to our offices and tell them they should use us a vendor."

I appreciate him most perhaps for his teaching and practice that "God is the God of the second chance". Everyone preaches it but Jerry practiced it many times with guys who had gotten in trouble with bad choices. He would fire them maybe but he hired back many of them after a period of time. It happened with some high profile and low profile people alike.
