Is there an official Eastern-Orthodox Bible version?

Does anyone know if an official Eastern-Orthodox Bible version (one approved by the Patriarchs of all Eastern-Orthodox countries) exists? I am afraid that I don't know if the Bible version I currently have is an Eastern-Orthodox one.  :(
 
Here is one I regularly use. Love having the LXX in English as the OT. NT is NKJV.
