Is anyone familiar with John Harrigan

can anyone tell me about him?
He seems to be known for the Apocalyptic Gospel or Jewish Apocalyptic Gospel.
Is he a solid evangelical as far as his theology.
Is he charasmatic?

I have googled him but cant find a quick summary of his doctrine.
