Was going door to door inviting people to our Easter service when I was informed through a piece of plexiglass that I am in cult. 😜 The worst part is they never even cared enough about me to rescue me 😏

If Calvary Chapel has been decreed to be a "cult," before long your church may be so designated as such. If we only had President in office to protect our freedoms.

If you need the pastors blessing to leave and go to another church……you might be in a cult.

If a woman must wear a dress to teach Sunday school……..you might be in a cult.

:)

Now you have at least been warned. 😁

Togas and tambourines notwithstanding....
Similar to the article you posted, I believe this encounter was a similar context. The woman had BLM and rainbow stickers on her plexiglass.

With judges now having more power than the elected President of the United States, Christians and non-Christians alike are facing the prospect of lawfare taken to another level. The damage President Biden has done with the appointment of hundreds of radical judges doesn't bode well for Americans.

The real irony is that after she told me that I was in a cult, I told her I would be glad to talk with her about that concern. She then stated that she was a religion major at the local college, the one that I also happen to have graduated from. After her answer l came pretty close to telling her that she needed to get her tuition back if she had been taught that Baptists are theologically or sociologically defined by academia as a cult, lol.

What I realize happened there was that somebody who was offended by Christianity wanted to use the term cult as a pejorative, with little understanding of the meaning of the word apparently. Well, I guess a poor argument is better than none. Nah, not really.

How sad! Think how it will it be at judgment day that that girl may have that encounter replayed, showing that she turned away a gospel presentation about the love of Jesus for her eternal soul.
