I recently came across an online tool called a Dunk Calculator Online that estimates if you can dunk based on your height, vertical jump, and reach. It sounds fun, but I have a few questions. How accurate are these tools? Also, are there specific calculators you'd recommend as being more reliable?
I’m trying to improve my jump and want to set realistic goals. If you’ve used one before, did it align with your actual performance? Any tips for improving my vertical would also be appreciated.
