"A Philadelphia doctor was found guilty Monday of murdering three babies born alive in an abortion clinic, Fox News confirms. He was acquitted in the fourth baby's death, and found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the overdose death of an adult patient.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, was convicted of first-degree murder and could face execution in the deaths of three babies who authorities say were delivered alive and then killed with scissors at his grimy clinic, in a case that became a flashpoint in the nation's debate over abortion."

"The jury will return Tuesday to hear evidence on whether Gosnell should get the death penalty."

What are your thoughts? Should he be given the death penalty or just a life sentence?

If it was up to me (and I may be talking 'in the flesh' here), I'd make sure his sorry butt is fried in the electric chair.

To believe he is guilty of murder, then one must believe that ALL abortion doctors are murderers.( which I do)
So if you feel he should be put to death then do you also feel that all abortion doctors should suffer the same?

Yes.

That's how they did it in the old west.

They'd get a rope if they found out a picante sauce was made in New York City.

Well, I am not saying whether I believe in the death penalty or not, but if the death penalty applies to someone convicted of first degree murder, then yes, I do fell that they all should.

All abortion is murder.  If the media covered this trial properly, more people would come to understand that.

One of the reporters coming this trial came out and said after hearing everything, is now pro-life.

It would appear that old Kermit will cheat the hangman. He's agreed to forfit all rights to appeal in exchange for a life sentence. Since he's 72 he'd probably die before the state could kill him any way. This will save the state thousands of dollars.

Sadly, in some liberal quarters, the left-leaning crowd is making the claim that the murders of Gosnell aren't near as much tragedy as the pro-life crowd trying to use the Gosnell case to push an anti-choice agenda.

Ya really can't fix stupid.
