I have to admit that I'm addicted to the TV series "Fringe"... and no... I'm not a teenager. :)

I have always loved Science Fiction. I've probably seen every Stargate Sg1, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe, series episods at least 2 or 3 times each. I love the recent various Star Trek series (didn't care a lot for the original) and I'm a big fan of J J Abrams. Though I hated Lost. Just couldn't get into it.

Anyone want to discuss the recent Fringe episodes?

I'll start by saying that I believe "Olivia" is probably part of the "family tree" of "September".

What do you think?

How is Peter going home and is his home his original home and his original timeline?

September has said more than one time that there are several competing timelines taking place simultaneously at any given time. I think they (the Observers) are more concerned with the finished product than all the "details".

I have often wondered why September is more concerned with Olivia and Peter than any of the others. The other Observers only got involved when September broke the timeline and the war broke out. They were happy with Peter just being "removed".

There has been a sense of "inevitability/fate" throughout the series.. No matter how things change, they seem to correct themselves to a degree.

I personally don't believe that Peter should return to a different "timeline". That timeline is gone. I believe the "book" Walter/William Bell wrote will come back around to play a big role when they wrap up the series. "Jones" was working through the book to understand it when "Peter" killed him the first time and now he is back. I'm sure he is still experimenting with understanding the "book".
