What say ye?

A little info- In California, suing the hospital is an option but not suing the Doctor himself. He is immune from prosecution. Authorities refused to take an incident report against the Doctor yet they willfully took one against the patient who had assault charges brought against him for resisting. These charges were later dropped by the Supreme Court. This is not an avenue for recourse against the Doctor since again, he is immune.
If Godly recourse/retribution is scriptually justified, what would the options entail?
