Evangelism Advice! (from the other side of the door)

Hello All!
I am currently attending a church I am very happy with, and have been attending for a bit, BUT a family member passed my name along to an HAC grad and now I'm getting visits and phone calls from a "concerned" pastor who is not happy with the church I'm attending.

I'm VERY non confrontational, so I've just given him the cold shoulder so far, but it's to the point where it's very annoying.

Anyone have tips on how to get them off my back?

I would kindly tell them you are attending a church that you are very happy with and do not want to be contacted again. Tell them if in the future you decide to look for a church, you will contact them, they will not need to contact you.

Thank them for their concern, but tell them not to contact you ever again. If it happens again I would contact Pastor Wilkerson directly and let him handle it.

I'm sure they mean well, but if you are happy in your church then their behavior is improper.

It appears you have a family member who doesn't like the church you are attending.  Hopefully this is not your wife!

Have you spoken to them about this?

Like the others, I would tell the people at the door that your are happy in your current church, and you would appreciate it if they could pass the word along to the church to remove your name from their list.
