was there a contract made in advance with the city for the trump campaign to reimburse any overtime costs related to putting extra police officers on the clock?..... if not then it;s not trumps bill .... and he has no legal requirement to pay it..... .. his campaign has paid such bills in the past when contracts were made.... ....
