Ironic that the "Loyal" sermon preached in 1988 was mere months before the Nishchick allegations went public.  He knew that it was soon to implode.  I'd heard in the mid 80's that it was going to happen, why they waited for 4 or 5 more years, I'll never know.  I thought that once the youngest Nishchick graduated from HB, it'd go public then, although the Nishchick's son won the "First Baptist Church Staff Award" at his graduation!!!

I remember once in the old dining hall, '83, '84 which in the evening at the time was a social gathering place several students and a staff lady were just having conversation when she got into one of those "think it out"  "Philosophy" type games which led to the question, "Who is your hero?" Followed up by the question "What would you do if you heard something bad about that person?" Ah, the groundwork was well laid, regardless how you look at the whole FBCH scenario, the groundwork was well laid..............

We never called Dr. Hyles the Doc.
