Dave received a unanimous call.

More info. Church is debt free.

I did not hear the exact name, it was in downtown Oneida and was a SBC church or so I heard.

Too bad this looks like a nice setup.

Ok the next church really looks good much more excitement and not as stiff.

This one then. Nice. Should be a great fit for Dave. Nice facilities and tech. savvy members.
Dave will love serving as the pastor of this wonderful church.
I'm truly excited for him, this is not a stodgy boring church.

High energy worship. We need to bring this to FBCH. Pure excitement. The real thing.

Oneida has like 13 people in the entire hamlet.

Well they sure lost a lot of people if the population is only 13 now. Was 3,732 in 2013.

Oneida
Town in Tennessee
Oneida is a town in Scott County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 3,752 at the 2010 census. Oneida is known for its proximity to the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. Wikipedia
Area: 10.3 mi² (26.68 km²)
Weather: 67°F (19°C), Wind NW at 1 mph (2 km/h), 96% Humidity
Local time: Monday 12:28 AM
Population: 3,732 (2013)

As a long-time Tennessean who was in Oneida about a month ago, I can tell you it's pretty tiny. ;)

maybe the 3,732 is marketing hype or wishful thinking

I believe that video is a Lifeway video to promote their VBS material.

I wonder why FBC, Hammond purchased such a pricey organ for their new auditorium and only use the one "Hammond Organ" sound, similar to the sound to the old auditorium's organ.  The organ that they purchased can sound identical to a theater or pipe organ....it's a shame that it's not used to its fullest intent.  I, too, think that the organ isn't as dominant as during Hyles' pastorate.  There are no more organ offertories, and the pianist plays along  for the preludes and Lord's Supper.  Do the current FBC members know if Mrs Colsten still plays the organ during baptisms?

The organ in the new auditorium is identical to the one in the choir practice room. They did not cost as much as one of the Yamaha pianos.

The orchestra is what accompanies the Congregational singing and the choir. It carries the load.
Mrs. C does not play during baptisms, it is too disruptive when people are listening to the baptisms.

The organ leads our get aquanted handshaking praise and worship style song with the words on the screens.
