Computer question

I'm up and running again after being packed away for many months....question Comcast came and connected my copier its wireless...my computer was not connected I did that ....I know I'm shocked myself    imagine me doing that ...what I'm having a problem with is my computer and copier are not cooperating with my guidance and I'm smarter than they are...I'm looking for my disk but only God knows where that is located. In simple terms what do I need to do to get everyone to work ? Comcast is going to charge me and I said NO!!! I'll figure it out...Help!! It's an HP officejet 8600 pro plus....I'm working today so I'll be back later...Thank all of you techie people

Anything on the disk is available on the HP website. Just have to download it now, but after that, the installation will be the same.

Shhhh.  The Comcast installer could've made some side money, offering the service at half price....I guess, if one were to be an err installer, one might be likely to...err uh, yeah.

prophet I ask if he could connect my computer and he said he was not allowed. Everytime I click to another area it says we are offline....I'm ignoring it for now...
