A couple of months ago I was downloading a Firefox update and my computer stopped in the middle of it. I had to reboot and since then I can't get Firefox to work at all. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work. Went to Firefox website to get a new version and that didn't work. I have been using Google Chrome but don't like it as much. Any suggestions?

If you are running windows 7, go to the install directory usually C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe right click the firefox icon and select run as administrator and your update will install and all will be normal again.

Get rid of Windoze and install Ubuntu or if you are rich buy a Mac.  You may want to find a PC savvy friend to help you if your PC experience is little.
