Due to the major ice storm, I couldn't even step out of my house without falling on my keister so I cancelled soulwinning!
I am mailing my Hacker card in on Monday.
May the memory of Carl Laurent forgive me!

Unbelievable.  What does this make you now?  A Crown grad?

A true HACker would use a "major ice storm" to his advantage and get out his ICE SKATES!

I am so ashamed.

Thank you for keeping people safe..

Get out a roll of dimes, slide to the nearest phone booth and call through the phone book going soul winning!

LOL.  While BCH's heart is in the right place (take notice 16KJV11); 1.  When was the last time you saw a phone booth?  2.  When was the last time they used dimes?

My hat is off to you, BCH!

I hate to see your Hactivity Report on Monday!

I remember during my days in the Fsherman's Club, going up so winning in Hammond when there was about 3 feet of fresh snow on the ground. I was wearing a down parka with a hood. We trudged through the snow up to a lady's front door. She opened her front door but had a  glass storm door in front of it that she did not open. I announced who we were and what we were doing. She said, "What are you some kind of nut out here in this weather?" I looked at her and I said. "Yes ma'am I guess that's what we are." I did my best to talk with her but she just closed the door on us.  I told my soul winning partner. I'm going home .

I remember another Saturday morning Fishermen's club meeting. It was flat-out dangerous to drive but of course the meeting & S/W must go on. My S/W parnter was a no show, I walked out in the parking lot and saw my friend Keith Gomez warming up his vehicle. I open his passenger door got in. I said this is crazy, going S/W when  on these kind of roads & in this kind of bad snowy icy weather. He said, "Brother I'm going to go home and witness to my kids."  I said that sounds like a winner and I went home and witness to my kids, too.

So, was this kind of thing common?  That people would go to the meeting and then just go home?  Or go to a restaurant?

Do you still count Keith Gomez as a friend?
(I only know him from the preaching of his, and that is unimpressive)

Just because there's no phone booth around isn't enough to keep a HACker from using it!

I remember picking up bus kids in Chicago during a snowstorm. Most of the parents wouldn't let their kids go.
