You don't know Castor very well. He's being his usual humorous self. He just posted it as a parody of another "Can a Christian ... " thread. And besides he's not talking about replacing something that was surgically removed - he's talking about enhancing what God (and other natural factors) gave them.
I don't know if you are looking for serious responses or not but I would say that it all depends on the attitude and motivation of the decision. If the motivation is to atrract attention to the body, my opinion is that would be vanity. That could be said of braces, breast implants, tanning, coloring hair, etc.
If the motivation is to look one's best for their spouse or of a corrective nature, my opinion is that the motive is pure. I'm certainly not an authority on the subject.
