Good thing I do not get my theology from Billy of Franklin Graham.  Billy has always found ways to compromise his beliefs, imo.

Big stinkin' deal. We not electing a pastor. We're electing a political leader. And in THIS case we are electing one so we don't have a communist, muslim as a leader.

I'd vote for an amoeba or even a fake Christian like Ozzie (who couldn't carry Billy Grahams briefcase) before I'd vote for Obama. Heck.....I'd even vote for Hillary Clinton before I'd vote for Obama.....and I thought I would NEVER hate anyone as much as the Clintons. But Obama has brought out the best in all of us. If Romney wins....at least we have 4 more years to try to get a Tea Party Candidate in as president.  If Obama wins.....you have lost your country and the right to ever vote again. We will be like Venezuela and Chavez. Obama will nationalize the news, tv, radio and industry. And when there is a fake election.......much to everyone's surprize.....Obama will have 100% of the vote. YOU BETTER WAKE UP AMERICA! We are about to lose our country and ALL of our freedoms!

What a bunch of crap. We will be voting in 4 years, just like always, and no TV or news will be nationalized. Armageddon isn't quite yet ...

I'm voting for Ron Paul anyway.

No matter your intent, a vote for Ron Paul is a vote for Obama.  Paul can't win.

No, a vote for Ron Paul is a vote for my convictions and conscience.

Ultimately, I believe God controls the outcome.

Yes. Always.  That is definitely the logical outcome of my statement.  And it is the only thing on my mind.

Idiot.

So why vote at all, then, with that attitude?  I am voting my convictions as well.  I am convicted that a vote for anyone but Romney is a vote for Obama.  You don't seem to care.

Fine, then I will directly vote for Obama and get it over with.  ;D

I like Ron Paul and the things he stands for. He is the sort of guy I would like running this country and I have the freedom to vote for him you know. He reminds me of the America I remember as a Child, or read about in History books.

If I vote for Ron Paul then I can watch Obama or Romney win, make a mess of things, and know my vote was against that. Besides, I would rather Obama win than Romney - One is far less a antichrist than the other! My Bible indicates I shouldn't yolk up and vote for a man like Romney who is against the words of Jesus Christ. At least Obama goes on record saying he believes in the true God. But, sadly, his views about homosexuality make it impossible to get my direct vote.

I guess I have a hard time looking at it just as politics. I know Ron Paul stands for the true God.

Romney also says he believes in the true God. Neither Obama or Romney actually do though. I've never heard Obama say that he believes that Jesus Christ is God. Obama's beliefs seem to based on his own imagination and modernistic. Neither Obama's or Romney's beliefs are based on the Bible though.

True. But one of them WILL be president. Which one would you prefer?

Someone like our Prime Minister (Canada) who is pro-Israel and pro-life. I`m pretty sure he is a Christian but that doesn`t really matter to me as far as politics goes. A non-Christian can have the same values as a Christian and I`d be happy with that.

Harper is a Christian - he attends a moderately sized Christian Missionary Alliance church in Ottawa's east end.

Pro-life? He may be personally pro-life, but as the recent debate over Motion 312 has shown, he hasn't shown any leadership on that issue. Neither his personal views, nor those of his churh, trickle down into public policy.  He's a good leader, but this is one issue on which I wish Harper would fish or cut bait.
