If Hunter gets called to testify in front of Congress, he cannot take the 5th. He has to answer or he will be held in contempt of Congress and be prosecuted by new DOJ. Also he could implicated ole Joe and Joe could be charged and convicted. Heck he could be impeached even out of office like Trump was

hopefully the new republican congress would actually hold hunter in contempt - and the new DOJ would subject him to the same penalty democrats in the DOJ subjected trump allies to.. .. .... it would serve biden right if he was impeached out of office like trump was..... but i doubt it will happen........ in the past it seemed like republicans made a career out of running right up to the threshhold of doing something meaningful - then falling back ..suffering the consequences.. then fund raising off their losses....... there is nothing politicians love more than a noble failure .... it gives them a reason to raise money without the expectation ...(or obligation)... of actually doing something.........
