Which of the two pictures attached displays proper hair length for a Godly woman?

Are bangs considered short or long hair?  ???

Both.  It will depend on her preference and her husband's preference if she considers his desires when making that decision since Scripture is absolutely silent on the specifics.
 
Both are okay and I thought this was going to be about men with bangs. Bangs don't look good on men so ergo should be for women only.
