A Man Named George?

Recently a pastor from India passed away.  It got me thinking about another pastor from India that I heard several years ago.

All I can remember (and it's sketchy, sorta like Christine Blasey Ford) is George was in his name.  First, last, don't remember.

Does anyone have any idea of whom I am speaking?
