Proverbs 13:13 Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Are you suggesting that the KJV is a "LEGO Bible" since it adds many English words for which there was no original language word of Scripture and does not give an English word for at least a few words found in the original language Scriptures?

Those verses (Deut. 4:2, Deut. 12:32, Prov. 30:6, Rev. 22:18-19) that warn against adding to and taking away from the Scriptures would clearly and directly relate to the doctrine of preservation of the exact, specific words given by God to the prophets and the apostles and to the making of copies of those original language Scriptures, but can they literally be applied to translations?

LOL!!!

Criticizing a picture book for children? This guy would criticize the hairy armpit of an african buried two hundred feet deep in the Sahara desert.

First off... if you are going to criticize a book because an atheist wrote it, then common sense demands you wouldn't video tape yourself in front of a library filled with secular, atheist-composed books.

Second... if you notice, he flips through the book and he cannot find a criticism... but FINALLY! He finds that the children's illustration book lacks Sodom and Gomorrah.

Is there a plague of Lego pictures?

FSSL, the brick (LEGO) bible is a counterfeit. Plain and simple. It perverts the words of God.

It also takes away from the words of God.

That was proven in the video.

It is an illustration "Bible" for kids. Only the naive would actually be concerned that it is not a Bible proper.

Why do you like the controversies?

If a parent wants to give their kid a Bible, they can give them a King James Bible, even if they want give them a Children's edition. But it should have the KJV text.

And a child can picture and imagine the scenes in his mind as he reads the Holy Scripture.

Concerning controversies, why do you not realize that there is a real controversy where Satan is doing what he can to get rid of the true Bible?

Really? Are you sure?

What about someone who can not read.

Wordless book?

Satan would have you believe that Bibles are corrupt and evil. You have played into his hand.

So BP, are you endorsing Mrs. White's, "Great Controversy Between Christ and Satan"?

Her great tome of fantasy and revisionist history.

There are a few "BPs" around, and I think you are addressing none of them.

I was using BP as an abbreviation for bibleprotector much as other posters use BG to address me.

It was not meant in any way to be demeaning or as an insult or any such thing.

It is common usage on this forum to use abbreviations when addressing other well known posters and so much the more when it is on a tread where an ongoing interaction is occurring with that same poster.

I strongly suspect that on a number of occasions in the past few months you have confused me with a different person posting on this forum.

And by the way, I do not believe E. G. White stuff.
